A Quest for Excellence
Since 1997, Thierry Rodriguez has produced the finest wines from his 20-hectare vineyard with schist-type soil. He chooses to focus on low yields of 25hl/hectare to have optimally ripe grapes – the key to producing exceptional Faugères wines.

Julien Trichard and Sara Hernandez grow organic grapes on their 11-hectare vineyard in the Hérault region and produce natural wines that are non-filtered and without additives.
Authentic Côtes de Provence Rosé Wines
Since 1802, the Martin-Maurel family boasts this 80-hectare vineyard that is rich in nature and biodiversity. Organic grapes are used by their winemakers to produce estate-bottled, premium rosé wines in the elevated terroir of the Var region of Provence.
Costières de Nimes, Southern Rhône Valley
Cyril MARÈS is the 7th generation winemaker on this 60-hectare estate which boasts hillside vineyards with rolled pebble soil from the Rhône River valley.

The Chardon family, originally from the Loire Valley, descended upon this Costières de Nimes region in the late 1980’s and planted their first organic vines in 1999. Today, they farm their 9-hectare vineyard and produce Estate-bottled Wines Made From Organic Grapes (NOP certified for U.S.) that are unique in character.
